Nate Simon currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Churchill Downs Inc., where he has led enterprise-wide IT through the past 3 years of exponential business growth. With over two decades of global leadership, including roles in Europe and across the Americas, he has consistently driven operational excellence, and bottom-line growth across gaming, horse racing, chemical manufacturing, and Fortune 500 environments. Nate is a Louisville transplant that has gone native, and is proudest of his efforts spearheading culture change, embedding continuous improvement into operations and serving as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana for the past 10 years.
