Jay Stanley is a seasoned leader with more years guiding IT teams than he’d care to count. He’s navigated diverse industries—from energy to finance, grocery, higher ed, healthcare, and manufacturing. While many technical milestones along the way, Jay takes the greatest pride in the teams and cultures he’s had the privilege to build and nurture. Jay enjoys a variety of hobbies, including a great workout, a challenging woodworking project, and, more recently, stepping onto the stage in community theater—a passion that fuels both his creativity and teamwork.
